Yaisy Costales Sade, MS, BCBA

Yaisy holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University. After coming across the field of ABA by chance and falling in love with it, Yaisy completed her post-graduate coursework in ABA at The Florida Institute of Technology where she received certification in December of 2014. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Yaisy has gained experience applying the concepts and principles of ABA with clients across the spectrum, ages 1-12, in various settings for the past several years. Some of these techniques include Discrete Trial Training, Verbal Behavior, Functional Communication Training, Positive Behavior Support, and Pivotal Response Training, among others. As an analyst fluent in Spanish, Yaisy is passionate about disseminating the science and providing ongoing training and support to the Spanish speaking autism community. Yaisy also continues to seek ongoing learning opportunities and training in the field of ABA via CEUs and further certifications.

Our Registered Behavior Technicians are committed to ongoing learning and development. At SBT, our common goal is to improve our client’s quality of life by teaching the necessary skills to live a dignified independent life. Our team members have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree combined with experience and are all students in the field.
RBT/Supervisee
This position if for RBTs already enrolled in a BCBA/BCaBA graduate program and needing fieldwork experience and supervision in a setting working with early learners.
RBT/Autism Therapist
At Sade Behavior Therapy, Inc., our behavior technicians are professionals who have completed a minimum of a 40-hour intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), have successfully passed a competency assessment administered by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and received a passing score on the Registered Behavior Technician exam through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board in order to become a Registered Behavior Technician. If you meet this qualifications and are interested in working with early learners.
